The Tech iQ training program is a continuing education program for technical customer care agents. It was the solution to a client request to make training more diverse and in alignment with off-duty tastes and lifestyles. The solution is 15-20 minute "edutainment" tutorials in four different themed and reccuring formats: 2D animated character, online hosted game show, audio podcast, and live action video. I provided creative conceptualization, art direction, graphic elements, and program oversight.
